Remove Jewelry When Washing Your Hands, Applying Hygienic Sprays or Perfumes, and While Applying Lotions. Be Aware While Wearing Your Jewelry During Active Events Which Can Causes Scratches or Unwanted Impacts, Including Swimming and Active Sports in and outdoor.

Storage

It is recommended to store Your items away from Direct Heat, preferebly in a Dry Cool location.

Plating service

EMERA offers a customer assistance service for products that have a still valid guarantee, or within a year from the purchase.

We offer we restore the damage caused by wear through the product plating service with Certified E-Coating Cataphoresis protection, restoring light to your jewel as if it were new!

If the product has been purchased in addition to the period of time covered with the warranty, or one year, the customer has the possibility to request the paid plating service, with a cost that varies according to the item and with shipping to be paid by the customer.
